 Volume 1 Special: The King This is an introductory story before the first ever chapter. It introduces the game of Beyblade, the main character Tyson and shares similarities with the first anime episode. Tyson hears of a new blader named in town. He's a member of the Blade Sharks and steals beyblades. Tyson sets out to challenge him, swearing revenge on his actions. Chapter 1: Let It Rip! After much training, Tyson enters the second annual Beyblade battle tournament and meets new tough opponents including Carlos. He has a special technique up his sleeve but is this enough to win the tournament? Chapter 2: Never Give Up! After the tournament, Kenny takes Tyson's Beyblade for research and ends up being abducted by the Bladesharks. Tyson sets out to rescue him and takes on the blade sharks. The leader of the Bladesharks, Kai Hiwatari, appears and confronts Tyson. Chapter 3: Legendary! Kai is out to get Tyson's Dragoon bitbeast. Tyson challenges him to prove himself to his bitbeast, but Kai is a tougher opponent than he thought, with a legendary beast of his own. Chapter 4: Secret of the Blue Dragon Tyson builds a stronger Beyblade and resumes training to practice a technique that his older brother Hitoshi could do. During his training he learns more about his Dragoon. Chapter 5: Max-imum! Kenny and Tyson train with Tyson's new Beyblade by the river side. They meet a new blader named Max who they discover also Beyblades. They soon find out Max is no rookie.
 Volume 2 Chapter 1: Tyson versus Max Tyson takes on Max's special defence blade at his father's hobby shop. A guest arrives and informs them of a new Beyblade Super Battle Tournament. Chapter 2: A Meeting of the Powers The tournament begins and Tyson takes on the tough preliminary rounds with Max and even Kenny entering too. Tyson meets an old foe in his battle block. Chapter 3: Introducing...Draciel! It's Max's turn to fight and his opponent is none other than Kai. Max is using a new blade but Kai's is also upgraded. Things look bad for Max but he gains unexpected new powers.
 Volume 3 Chapter 1: The Fourth Legend! Tyson's first battle in the tournament is here. He's against Rei and this blader is fast. Rei also has a bitbeast so Tyson has to come up with a strategy to beat him or his Beyblade will be wrecked. Chapter 2: Tyson versus Kai! It's the finals and Tyson has a very tough match against Kai. The secret of why Kai's intention to destroy every blade with his team is revealed in the start of this explosive battle. Chapter 3: Begin the Ultimate Battle! The battle between Kai and Tyson continues and Kai is fired up after underestimating Tyson. Bitbeasts clash and Tyson is determined to show more than just Kai how strong he's become. His training must pay off for him to win it all. Chapter 4: A journey to the Land of the Legend Hitoshi takes Tyson, Max, Rei, Kenny and Kai to see a special excavation site. As the bladers meet on a sacred stone, powers are released into the world signifying new challenges ahead for this newly formed team.
 Volume 4 Chapter 1: Tyson versus the White Tigers Still out in the wilderness, the team run into the first new challenge since forming. Kai takes on Gary of the White Tigers and Tyson takes on the leader, Lee. It becomes known that Rei has a connection with this team. Chapter 2: Demolition Boys There's trouble at the Hobby shop. A new team has appeared looking for Tyson and he shortly meets them at the Beystadium. The Bladebreakers decide to test their strength against the leader Tala, but they are no match against him. Disappointed with the Bladebreaker's weakness, the Demolition boys return to Russia. Special Section: Introducing USA's Ace Michael Tyson and Max are in the USA for the Championship but they soon loose each other. Tyson finds a baseball player named Michael who also happens to blade. Michael takes on a crew of Beyblade stealers.
 Volume 5 Chapter 1: Beyblade World Championship! Tyson and the team train hard for the World Championships with their new F series blades. Rei is the first one to fight against a nasty opponent. Chapter 2: Rematch! Tyson vs. Michael Next is Max's turn to play and he's up against Michael who's tougher than expected. Tyson steps up to fight Michael to lead his team to victory. Chapter 3: The Super Attack Foiled! A new team in the tournament arrive known as the Majestics. Kai faces them outside the stadium to see just what they're made of. Kai faces the leader, Robert for a shocking battle. Chapter 4: Four-Fold Power! Max and Rei train at the training center while Kai swears to win against Robert in the next match. Kai does some training of his own to power up his Beyblade ready for Robert. Chapter 5: A Battle of Pride! The Euro Match Kai faces up against Robert, both full of pride of their strengths and neither will back down. Robert unleashes his special attack but Kai has one of his own. Just as Tyson faces Johnny for the next round, the match is interrupted by the Demolition boys who vow to take control of the tournament.
 Volume 6 Chapter 1: The Final Arena The Bladebreakers, All Stars and the White Tiger teams follow the Demolition boys to the 'Final Arena' located on an island. The bladers battle through each member of the Demolition boys to get to their leader. Tala has a brand new Beyblade, Tyson must rely on the special Beyblade part given to him. It's the final showdown Tyson vs. Tala. Explosive Shoot Special Section: Daichi Part 1 Introducing Daichi! A young blader Daichi sets off from his home town to be the best in Japan, but, he doesn't know what to be the best at unti he finds the Beyblade his father gave him. It's Daichi's first Beyblade battle and his discovery of a new rival. Part 2 Blader Spirit After 300 wins in a row, Daichi feels very confident of being the best already, until Rei Kon steps in that is. Rei teaches Daichi that his must work harder to get to the top and find his true Beyblade soul. Part 3 The Birth of the Strata Dragoon After building a brand new blade, Daichi can't wait to battle. This time it's Carlos's time to play. He must discover his Beyblading 'soul' in order to beat higher level bladers.
 Volume 7
Chapter 1: A Powerful New Enemy! The Saint Shields team are sent on a mission to steal away the 4 hidden spirits of the Bladebreaker's team. Meanwhile, Tyson sets off to find Tala for another match but finds him fighting the leader of the Saint Shield's Ozuma. Tyson takes on Ozuma for getting in the way of his match with Tala but this team is stronger than they seem. Chapter 2: Take Back the Driger! With one of the holy beasts captured by the Saint Shields team, the Bladebreakers set out to get it back which leads them to Zaggart tower. Before they can continue, Kai appears, but he has unexpected intentions. Chapter 3: Soul Battle The Bladebreakers clash head to head with the Saint Shields at Zaggart tower. With their victory Beyblades they must work to get back the bitbeast and not loose their own. The Saint Shields explain why they want the 4 sacred spirits. Explosive Shoot Special Section: Beyblade Daichi Part 1 The Explosive Samurai Appears! Daichi has a new opponent to face on his way to being the best. Like Rei, this new player is different than other bladers he's faced. Daichi must prove his worth to this blader who refuses to face him again until he is stronger. Part 2 Create A New Super Attack! Daichi decides the way to beat this Samurai is to form a new super attack. He battles against the elements to improve his power level and works hard to cut through a giant rock. When challenging the Samurai again he shows just how much training he had done and the challenge is accepted. Time for Daichi to use his new super attack.
 Volume 8 Chapter 1: The Enemy's New Agent! After the battle between the Bladebreakers and the Saint Shields, a new team arrives with even more powerful Beyblades. Not only that, a member of the Bladebreaker's team makes it known they were working with Zaggart. As a result, the new all-powerful Cyber Dragoon was made. Chapter 2: Holy Beast vs. Cyber Holy Beast Tyson needs a new Beyblade in order to beat the Cyber Dragoon and Kenny knows just how to get one. As Kenny works on the blade with Tyson, the rest of the Bladebreakers battle it out with the new cyber blade team. The leader Kane goes after Tyson and plans to stop the development of Tyson's new blade. Chapter 3: Birth of the V2! Tyson fights Kane with his new Dragoon V2 blade but things look bad as the Cyber Dragoon copies all of his new moves. Tyson must use the bond with his real Dragoon and show no one can beat the original. Chapter 4: Immeasurable Power! A new super attack of Tyson's is let loose against the Cyber Dragoon. Kane learns that a copy can only ever be a copy. Wrapping up the battle with the Cyber bladers the Bladebreakers head out to do more training. The commissioner informs Tyson the Great Beyblade Cup is coming earlier than expected. Explosive Shoot Special Section: Beyblade Daichi Part 1: The arrival of a fake Daichi?! A Daichi poser has been going around stealing other Beyblades. The real Daichi heads to the Beyblade training arena only to find a group of angry bladers are after him. It's Daichi's job to expose this fake and prove his innocence.
 Volume 9 Chapter 1: The Blader that Was Created! Tyson and Kenny run into a mysterious blader during their training for the Great beyblade Cup. He challenges Tyson, who accepts, because he thinks it will be good for training. Tyson finds out this blader also has a Holy Bitbeast and that's he's more of a challenge than he first thought. Chapter 2: The Symphony from Heck More is revealed about this mysterious Zeo blader who ends up challenging Kai outside the stadium. Now it's Kai's turn with his new Dranzer V2 to see what this blader's made of. Things look bad for Kai but Tyson steps in just in time. Chapter 3: Release the Blader Spirit! Tyson wants to battle Zeo again to see his true power. Zaggart arrives and reveals the secrets of Zeo. Both bladers have a good reason to win but Tyson must be careful as Zaggart is still after the Dragoon.
Explosive Shoot Special Section: After hearing about a new blader named Hikaru, Daichi travels to his mansion to accept his challenge against the Spike Lizard. This blade performs seemingly impossible moves, Daichi has his work cut out for him in this battle.
 Volume 10 Chapter 1: The Formation of the Invincible Team!! The Japanese preliminaries of the G.B.C begin and Tyson needs to form a strong team. But first Tyson must beat his preliminary opponents and his older brother Hiro has an announcement to make. Chapter 2: The Opening of the G.B.C. World Tournament With Max and Rei leaving the Bladebreakers, Tyson needs to think fast to form his team without them, things only get worse as Tyson is forced to battle with Daichi against the Demolition boys.
Explosive Shoot Special Section Part 1 Break Through the Perfect Defence! Daichi returns home to train and meets up with Max who's on his way to the G.B.C. Before he goes, Daichi and Max test out there skills. Daichi must fight as his father's son and Max must win to show he is ready for the tournament. Part 2 Collision!! Wildness VS Pride Daichi advances to the finals of the G.B.C but it's not Hikaru he faces as he thought, his opponent is Kai. Daichi decides if he cannot defeat this blader, he can't get to fight Tyson but he's nearer to Tyson than he thinks. Part 3 Hit' em with Strength and Power Daichi arrives in the U.S.A for the finals but he soon gets lost and ends up on a farm where Rick, a representative of the American team lives. While blading, there's trouble on the farm and Dacihi must use his Gaia Dragoon to prevent major accidents.
 Volume 11 Chapter 1: The Worst First Battle!! It's the BBA Revolution versus the Demolition Boys. Tyson finds it hard to believe that Kai is now on the Demolition Boys team and refuses to respect Daichi as his tag team partner. Things look bad for the BBA Revolution team. Chapter 2: The Newly Formed BBA Completed!! Tyson re-builds his broken team and accepts Daichi. The team prepare for upcoming battles and run into the best Beyblade craftsman in the world. He refuses to make a new part for Tyson until Tyson can prove himself. The craftsman turns out to be the grandfather of one of the tournament teams, F Dynasty. Chapter 3: Shock Deployment! G.B.C Stage 3 The BBA Revolution return to Japan for the third stage of the tournament and they have 10 days to train. All the teams are there to listen to an important announcement by the President of the G.B.C committee, but it turns out to be a battle instead. This adult player uses a blade like none other and shows all the teams just how much training they need to do.
Explosive Shoot Special Section: Part 1: The Golden Beyblade Appears!! Daichi is training with his new Gaia Dragoon G. While walking in the street, Daichi and Tyson see a fortune teller who already knows them. This fortune teller issues a challenge to the BBA Revolution team. Even though private battles are prohibited, Daichi steps in to battle.
Part 2: The Battle That Can't Be Lost! Daichi comes across Kai battling. He's still mad that Kai is only interested in facing Tyson and takes it as an insult. Kai refuses to battle until Daichi calls him a coward for running away from the team. This proves to be enough to make Kai battle Daichi again.
 Volume 12
Chapter 1: Extreme Evolution! The mysterious adult Blader reveales his true identity and shows every blader there that the battle represents a new age of Beyblading, the "Heavy Metal" technology. Chapter 2: Get Beyond the Steel Wall!! After watching the new Heavy Metal Beyblade technology in action, Tyson and Daichi decide to re-build their blades to be even more powerful but it proves to be difficult and they are running out of time before the tournament. Chapter 3: A Beast with Bare Fangs!! The first day of the tournament arrives. The Allstarz are taking on F-Dynastic and Tyson and Daichi face Ray and Lee. Both have good reasons to win, Ray's being that if he loses, he must give up Beyblading forever.
Explosive Shoot Special Section: Part 1: Catch Gaia's Spirit While beyblading, Daichi hears a voice that belongs to the spirit of his father. He tells him he must battle him and keep his promise, to become strong. Daichi powers up to reveal his bitbeast, the Gaia Dragoon and gains a new power level. Part 2: The Arrival of the Invincible Blader?! Kenny has a dream that he is Beyblade champion. When he wakes, it gives him an idea. While Daichi is practicing with Tyson, Kenny tells him he needs more practice. A mysterious blader appears and ends up teaching Daichi a lesson. Special: Beyblade Strikes! The Heavy Metal system has finally made an appearance in the comics!! You too can wield that power. This section explains what these new blades is all about and which blades are available to buy. This is the essence of the Heavy Metal System.
 Volume 13 Chapter 1: Desperate Battle: Tyson vs. Ray! Tyson's battle with Rei continues. Both players won't give up but someone has to win. After the battle Kenny tells of big news about the Demolition Boys and that there is a new team in town Suddenly a masked blader appears to challenge them. Chapter 2: The Strongest Enemy: Barthez Battalion!! Tyson's team realise they are going to need a pretty good strategy to defeat Barthez Battalion, who they soon descover are cheating. Even though sacrifices must be made, Tyson won't rest until he makes things fair again. Chapter 3:The Final Battle at the Top!! It's time for the BBA Revolution to take on the Allstarz and this means Tyson has to face another former team mate, Max. Kenny makes a surprise move and steps in to take on Rick. Max tells Tyson he has to stop holding back.
Explosive Shoot Special Section: Daichi Sumeragi's Explosive Rotation Takes Flight!! Daichi wins an amatuer Beyblade tournament and thinks of himself as a champion, until Kennosuke shows up with his brother, Tenmaru. Tenmaru challenges Daichi to a battle and Daichi wrongly underestimates him.
 Volume 14 Chapter 1: Extreme Battle! Endurance vs. Offense?! Tyson's match with Max gets serious as both players reach a new level of competitiveness. Meanwhile, the Demolition Boys hit the streets for some training. Chapter 2: The Charge on the Night Before the Final Battle!! Tyson sneaks away to visit the place he first fought Kai. Then, he sees Dranzer MS in action. While eveyone is looking for Tyson, he and Kai decide to have a pre-tournament battle, but Kai has a trick up his sleeve. Chapter 3: Endless Explosive Rotation...!! Kai unleashes his super attack and Tyson must find a way to beat it. Kai explains the reasons why he must defeat Tyson and their battle goes on. The next day the final battle is beginning. Both bladers prepare for battle. Special Section: The New Generation!! Years after the last tournament, new generation beybladers are ready to battle. Some familiar faces appear also.
