Ray Unicorno D125CS http://ameblo.jp/1974-mshr/image-10457388789-10411812337.html By the way, the new rival character, Masamune, is its owner, and he is holding the new 3 Segment Launcher Grip. The place where the Beypoint Card will be put can easily be seen.
These Beyblades will be added to the index once
official pictures have been published. It is useless to mention that of course
nobody can take and use the photos on this blog since they are personal scans
from a Japanese fan...
Gravity Perseus' gimmick, in the end, is
probably only going to be a multi-directional Beylauncher with a Clear Wheel not
obstructed in any way (all the current Clear Wheels have small 'walls' to
prevent the insertion of some launcher prongs).
Miingno should send me the manga scans from the
previous CoroCoro issue soon. Keep coming!
The Beyblade
Spirit Gallery is regularly being updated with the latest Metal Fight
Beyblade screenshots. I work as quickly as I can. Hopefully the episode
summaries will be complete soon as well.
Also, this is the first official picture of
Hasbro's new product Beyblade Metal Fusion. Unfortunately, the stadium showed
might not be sold at all since they used it years ago for demonstration and
tournaments as well. At least, the Right Launchers' colours look vibrant, better
than TAKARA-TOMY's:

Otherwise, all the current screenshots have been uploaded, and the Metal
Fight Beyblade is up-to-date.
The following are the official pictures for the latest releases, those of
January:
I have not read any other similar article anywhere else, but some points seem quite real.
Here is the information basically :
There will be a website called BeybladeBattles.com (which currently redirects to Hasbro's page, so it is probably real) where users will be able to customize their Beyblades online and fight people around the world online.
That page says it will launch in Canada first in spring 2010, and the United States will get it in fall 2010 ... To seriously be confirmed, because Corus Entertainment's initial press release mentioned all of North America.
They only mention the five-layer system, which would be the Hybrid Wheel System. The parts are, I believe : - (no official Face name at the moment)
- Fusion Wheel
- Spin Track
- Performance Tip
There is still a Tool to assemble the parts.
Return of the "let it rip" expression.
Some of the same Japanese launchers : String Launcher, Ripcord Launcher, Wind-up
Launcher and Launcher Grip.
Some electronic Beyblades.
Beyblade case.
Some of the stadiums sound as if they could be slightly similar to the Japanese ones, but they mention a Super Vortex Beystadium ...
This is the list of items they will start selling first, I think. Unfortunately there does not seem to be a single Beyblade package yet from what I understand ...

Metal Fight Beyblade Chapter
DATE:
01/11/10
Finally an update.
Screenshots of Metal Fight Beyblade are almost
up-to-date: episode 37 and 38 have been done, the two others are following.
The latest issue of CoroCoro has been scanned
thanks to Miingno:
There is also a lineup poster in the hobby
section below the manga chapters.
Just for precision, Beyblade Metal Fusion will
be released in North America in March 2010 by Hasbro (therefore this is
for the toyline).
Some episode summaries for Metal Fight Beyblade
have also been written. The titles for the next episodes were added as well.
Finally, a lot of thing are
coming up on the World Beyblade Organization, so be sure to register if you have
not already!

Movie + Poison
Serpent SW145SD + Rock Escolpio T125JB
Another set of pictures of the upcoming
releases, including Poison Serpent SW145SD this time. By the way, SW in SW145
stands for Switch. Furthermore, it seems the metal balls that GB145 has are
not manually moved: while the beyblade's rotation is at its highest, the balls
will obviously be pulled outwards by centrifugal force, and they apparently come
closer to the center as the rotating slows down. Only two balls can fit in
it.
Chapter 15 is here thanks to Miingno! It is
revealed that Phoenix is in fact... Ginga's father, Ryuusei!
There is also, in the hobby part, the Beyblade
design that won the contest Coro Coro had in September-October. Actually, they
fused two drawings and made on beyblade with them, however its name and its
release date are still unknown. The first entry that won is called Fire
Crocodile: its Metal Wheel was kept. The second design that was chosen is 'God
Birdshine', or something close to that. Its Clear Wheel was taken, but also its
Track, which has a 'roller style' to it. Therefore... we can assume the Track
will have some wheels in it?
Additionally, there are two special booklets,
one for the DS game, the other for the Wii video game. For each booklet, there
are some short comics.
Moreover, here are pictures of this month's
releases:
Furthermore, the Metal Fight Beyblade episode
summaries and profiles have been updated.
We also have a new affiliate: Ty
Kamara! They are looking to revive this message board which used to be very
active, and mostly anime-centered. So if you want to talk about any season of
Beyblade, that is the place to go.
As for the World Beyblade
Organization, it was Brad
Day on December 5th! The Committee organized this special day in
commemoration of the creator and long-time veteran Bey Brad, so the site became
the World Brad Organization for a day. A giveaway exclusive to Passport Holders
was also done, and the grand winner won a Rock Leone and a Launcher Grip! There
will be many more exciting things happening for members who payed for a Blader
Passport in the future, so keep watching!

Mirage
Virgo Gravity Bowl 145 (GB145) has metal balls!
DATE:
11/30/09
Here are screenshots of the new Virgo, although
Teru Saotome (whose profile was created) uses Earth Virgo GB145BS instead of
Mirage Virgo in the anime. The BS Bottom is currently not the official Bottom
Mirage Virgo will come with in BB-60 Random Booster Vol. 4 at the moment,
however it is plausible. GB145 stands for Gravity Bowl 145 and has two metal
balls 'on' it, surely making it the heaviest Track that we will know of.
And, of course, screenshots for episodes 33 and
34 have been taken. Those for the thirty-fifth episode are on the way.

Pictures
of releases, Metal Fight Beyblade DVDs, Nelvana's Dub Names...!
DATE:
11/15/09
Some good news, although they seem too good to
be true: Nelvana
appears to want to keep all the original names (Ignore all the grammatical
mistakes they made...). Of course names like Kyouya become Kyoya because Western
fans would have some difficulty pronouncing them correctly, but they are exactly
the same. If you click on "DOJI", you will see that they still use
"Daidoji" in the short text. And Madoka does not seem to have a
magical beast in her computer (like Dizzi), which is some quite good news.
Hopefully they do not suddenly change this in the future!
A page filled with information about the Metal
Fight Beyblade DVDs was created thanks to DranzerX13. It is a good guide to
buying those DVDs if you want them, and more descriptions will be added later.
The episode guide for Metal Fight Beyblade is slowly getting updated: I do not
really watch the episodes as they air anymore, so it takes longer for me to
watch them and summarize them. I added an image of Phoenix's anime design
to his profile, otherwise.
Also, here are the pictures of the upcoming
releases. BB-55 to BB-58 will be released on November 21st 2009, while Burn
Phoenix will only come out on December 26th.
BB-55 Dark Cancer CH120SF
BB-56 Hybrid Wheel Reshuffle Set Attack &
Balance Type (contains Killer Gemios DF145FS, Storm Aquario M145Q, Dark
Capricorne 105RF, yellow Beylauncher)
BB-57 Hybrid Wheel Reshuffle Set Defense &
Stamina Type (contains Thermal Pisces T125ES, Rock Aries 145D, Flame Libra
DF145BS, black Beylauncher)
Mirage Virgo will also have the following
parts: GB145 and MB, where GB stands for Gravity Bowl and MB, Metal Ball. Dark
Bull's H145 has also officially been changed to a "reinforced"
version, which was just an error in production at the beginning.

Chapter & Hobby Scans from CoroCoro, Poison Serpent SW145SD, Burn
Phoenix 135MS, Screenshots
DATE:
11/07/09
Many scans from the latest CoroCoro issue have
arrived thanks to Miingno! There are a lot more pages than usual, and a lot of
them are quite interesting, so be sure to check all of them out. There is even a
special booklet with a mini comic featuring Blader DJ (working out, for the most)
and cool illustrations of upcoming and past beyblades and other releases. If you want to
send Miingno your thanks, do not hesitate to send us an e-mail.
A picture of Poison Serpent's SW145 Track from
the manga:
Burn Phoenix also seems good:
On another note, I have updated the profiles of
Mizuchi Reiji and Kyouya with slightly more description, and those of Ryuuga,
Sora and Tobio mostly with new
stats, and I have taken the screenshots of episode 31.

KILLER
GEMIOS DF145FS, MFB Character Profiles Complete
DATE:
11/01/09
A very 'anime' update for now: screenshots for
episode 30 are uploaded; summaries of episodes 30 and 31 were written; the whole
Metal Fight Beyblade Characters list has been revised. All the profiles were
updated, and only a few voice clips are left to make this section the most
complete on the Internet. They should obviously be added very soon. Also, a page
was created for the two twins from Dark Nebula, Dan and Reiki Soumichi. Check
everything out!
The new Gemios is called 'Killer Gemios
DF145FS'. It is surprising a Metal Wheel is actually called like that ... Here
is a picture of it which I did not take yet, unfortunately:
By the way, a quick explanation
about M145, Storm Capricorne's Track: it has two modes, Big Jump and Small Jump.
In the first mode, the Bottom is really off to one side, while the Bottom is
mostly centered in Small Jump mode. There is also absolutely no need to unscrew
the Track to switch modes: you simply slide the part of the Track that attaches
to the Bottom so it clicks into one mode.
Another successful tournament
is being planned in the United Kingdom: Autumn
Attack, in London's Regents Park,
on November 14th 2009. If you live in the United Kingdom and that you are
interested in Metal Fight Beyblade, be sure to participate with over excited
fans! Other generations of Beyblades will only be used for free battles, not for
the main tournament.
If you live in Montréal, a
tournament is also going to be organized near mid-November. Visit the World
Beyblade Organization to know more about these events.

Pisces, named Thermal Pisces T125ES, which will be included in the BB-57 Hybrid

hopefully.

13 & Hobby Scans, Episode 29 Summary
DATE:
10/17/09
NOTE:Do
not forget to read the previous update: there is a lot of very important
information and content in it!
The 13th chapter of Metal Fight Beyblade (as
well as the scans of the hobby section, as always) is available thanks to
Miingno:
New
Releases (BURN PHOENIX 135MS), Episode Summary and Titles, Screenshots
DATE:
10/16/09
EDIT:
Hasbro has updated the official website (www.beyblade.com), and it seems Beyblade
Metal Fusion will be released in spring 2010
'hobby-wise'. The anime will follow, as known, in fall 2010. These dates
only officially concern North America at the moment.
Furthermore, here are the following releases
for Metal Fight Beyblade:
December 26th 2009: BB-59 Burn Phoenix 135MS (Starter, Right Launcher, 892Y, MS = Metal Sharp)
BB-60 Random Booster Vol. 4 Mirage Virgo (682Y, Mirage~Earth)
BB-61 Grip Rubber Red (315Y)
BB-62 Grip Rubber Black (315Y)
BB-63 Grip Rubber White (315Y)
BB-64 Launcher Grip White (525Y)
January 2010: BB-65 Rock Escolpio T125JB (682Y)
BB-66 Metal Face Red (367Y)
BB-67 Metal Face Gun Metallic (367Y)
BB-68 Beylauncher Metallic Orange (630Y)
February 2010: BB-69 Poison Serpent SW145SD (Starter, Right Launcher, 892Y, Poison~Dark, SW145 is wide and looks sharp)
Also, the Digital Power Launchers are
actually multi-directional: each one comes with two prong parts that are
identical to the hooks on the launchers that were already released previously,
one for left spin, the other for right. Right-spin Wheels will still not be
compatible with the left-spin prongs. I added some other pictures below to
accompany the others.
BB-51 Extreme Beystadium (comes with Rock Orso
D125B)
BB-52 BeyCarrier Hard Type (inside, there are
foam sheets with moulds for Beyblades and accessories)
BB-53 Digital Power Launcher Pegasis Version
BB-54 Digital Power Launcher L Drago Version
The episode summary for episode 27 is available,
and the following are the titles for the upcoming episodes: #28 Dark Cancer's
Big Kani Kani Plan! (10/11/09), #29 Kenta and Sora (10/18/09), #30 The
Bewitching Pisces (10/25/09), #31 The Gemios Twins (11/01/09) and #32 The Storm
Battle Royale (11/08/09). Finally, the screenshots of episode 27 have been
uploaded:
This is the logo for Hasbro's series, "Beyblade:
Metal Fusion":
Almost an exclusivity for Beyblade Spirit!
EDIT: This means that it would be respectful to give proper credit
for this picture, either to me (Kai-V) or to Beyblade Spirit.
Furthermore, the Counter Leone and Cyber
Pegasis that will be included with one of the two new games for Nintendo DS and
Wii are not simple recolours. In fact, the Counter and Cyber Metal Wheels are a
sort of hybrid between the old Leone and Pegasis Wheels and the newer Rock and
Storm Metal Wheels. Differences in shape are not major, but the total form is
quite odd. Also, the beyblader who appears next to Ginga on the DS cover is
indeed Sora Akatsuki.
Finally, there is another Face Contest
going on over at the World Beyblade Organization forum! This time, to get
a special Face, contestants have to sing the opening theme for Metal Fight
Beyblade in whichever way they want, as long as their voice can clearly be
heard. Check this topic for more information.

Episode
24, 25 - Tobio & Storm Capricorne M145Q
DATE:
09/21/09
The summary for episode 25th, Sniper
Capricorne, was written. Screenshots of episode 24 and the newest version of the
opening were also taken and uploaded. I updated Tobio's profile as well as
Tsubasa's and Ryuutarou's, slightly.
In 'Storm Capricorne M145Q', the Q Bottom
stands for Quake.
And a cool black Lightning L Drago will
be given as a present in Japan:

New
Affiliate, Storm Capricorne M145Q, Burn Phoenix
DATE:
09/12/09
First of all, we have a new affiliate: Okasan
no tame no BEYBLADE NOTE. It is a Japanese blog held by a mother, apparently,
and she always posts some cool information and pictures. It is quite honorific
to have this website as our affiliate, so I hope everybody enjoys it very much.
As usual, the episode 24 summary is up (The
Beautiful Aquila). Tsubasa's profile, as well as Yuu's, were updated. Other
characters should be revised soon too. For the time, all the characters from
Metal Fight Beyblade should now have pronunciation clips for their names.
The next episode titles are: 25-Sniper
Capricorne, 26-Tsubasa Dancing In The Darkness, and 27-Intrusion! Challenge
Match.
Tobio has Storm Capricorne M145Q, BB-50, and it
looks weird, because M145 is very wide, and Q looks like a trapezium upside down
(the Bottom definitely looks cut in diagonal:
Screenshots are finally up-to-date. Episodes 22
and 23 are there:
Episode 23 was so poorly drawn
that there are not even 300 screenshots. I decided to reject a lot of bad
screenshots so only the half-decent ones were left.
This is the cover of the fourth
DVD volume that will be released for Metal Fight Beyblade:
Finally, here is a picture that
shows what the capsule version of the new beyblades will be. It is interesting
because it illustrates Earth Aquila, Flame Libra, Storm Capricorne, Earth Virgo,
and Burn Phoenix. See for yourselves:
P.S. Now, if you click on the
covers below for the DS and Wii games, you will see bigger pictures. Also, it
seems each game would come with a special CoroCoro Face-shaped case... Toys 'R'
Us is the only shop to mention this though.

New
DS and Wii Games
DATE:
09/05/09
A quick update to mention a few things:
The summary for episode 23 was written, and
since it was seriously uneventful, it is quite short. Furthermore, screenshots
have been taken and uploaded for episode 21, and 22 just needs to be uploaded in
images, which should be done tomorrow.
Here are also the covers for the new Metal
Fight Beyblade DS and Wii games:
The first one comes with Cyber
Pegasis 100HF (red & white Storm Pegasis), and the second one includes a
Counter Leone D125B (green & grey Rock Leone). Also note that pages will be
done for those new games just like a page was made entirely with news on the
first Metal Fight Beyblade DS game.
Also, a Burn Phoenix, which will probably be
owned by Phoenix in the manga/anime, as well as an Earth Virgo will be released
in the next few months, most likely as part of the new Hybrid Reshuffle
Sets.

COROCORO
DESIGN CONTEST + Manga Scans + Earth Aquila
DATE:
08/29/09
My computer became incredibly infected more
than a week ago, and it eventually had to be sent away to be repaired.
Fortunately, all of my files are not lost, so I am able to bring a decent update
now even though I could not work on the site at all during this week.
Firstly, I just wrote the summary for the
twenty-first episode, "The horrible Libra". Also, screenshots for
episode 20 have been taken and they were uploaded, and I will hopefully be
finished with both the screenshots for episode 21 and 22 by the next weekend.
Secondly, I just received the latest scans from
Miingno. Do not forget that you can send him your thanks by simply clicking the
first link on the scans page, and you know everybody appreciates receiving
thanks, because you know you would. Anyway, Earth Aquila can be seen in the
hobby section, and Flame Libra's T145 Track is more visible in this chapter. I
will also try to update some character profiles based on the latest chapter,
notably by adding better pictures.
Thirdly and very importantly: CoroCoro is
currently organizing a Beyblade design contest. As far as we know, there
are no real restrictions, so anybody could enter apparently. All you have to do
is follow the steps that are described here,
but instead of writing 'Rockman Design Contest', you should write Beyblade
Design Contest. Otherwise, I believe only Hybrid Wheel beyblades will be taken
and considered anyway, so drawing any other kind of beyblade might not be a good
idea. The deadline is on September 14th 2009, which means your letter must be at
CoroCoro's headquarter before then, therefore ensure you check this out with
your post office.
Fourthly, not only is there a new Wii Metal
Fight Beyblade game, but Hudson Soft will also release a second Nintendo DS
game on December 3rd 2009. It should cost around 5229 yen and will include a
'limited original beyblade'. The title of the video game is "Metal Fight
Beyblade Explosive Birth! Cyber Pegasis".
Finally, some quick information: Storm
Capricorne M145Q will have a "JUMPING ATTACK Bottom", somehow... And I
will again try to add the next releases right up these updates now that the
release dates are known.

UPDATE: The
summary for episode 20 was just added.
Here are pictures of Earth Aquila 145WD:
Moreover, the screenshots of episode 19 have
been added, and the next episodes (after #20 Opening! Survival Battle) are: The
warriors of the island, The horrible Libra, and On the road to Battle Bladers.
Rectifications have also been made to some of
the ages for the Metal Fight Beyblade characters, notably Daidouji, Kenta,
Benkei and Kyouya. Also,
'Tendouyuu' was changed to his actual name, Tendou Yuu, and special attacks have
been written for Tsubasa and him. Finally,
voice clips for Ryuusei, Hyouma and Hokuto are finally available in their
profiles.

UPDATE: The
summary for episode 19 of Metal Fight Beyblade was added.
The releases (BB-50 - BB-58) mentioned two
posts ago are confirmed.
Moreover, two new beyblades were shown in the

Finally, screenshots for episode 18 have been
uploaded, and episode 20 will be called "Opening! Survival

Metal
Fight Beyblade Wii Game + Episode 17 Screenshots + Episode 18 Summary
DATE:
08/01/09
A new Metal Fight Beyblade video game for the Wii
will be released on November 19th 2009: Metal Fight Beyblade Gachinko Stadium.
It should come with a rare beyblade, and cost around 5200 yen. You can
expect as much coverage for this game as for the Nintendo DS one.
Also, here are some currently unconfirmed
releases: BB-50 Storm Capricorne M145Q, BB-52 BeyCarrier (Black Hard Case),
BB-55 Dark Cancer CH120SF, BB-56 Hybrid Wheel Reshuffle Set (Attack &
Balance) [Gemios], BB-57 Hybrid Wheel Reshuffle Set (Defense & Stamina)
[Pisces], BB-58 Beylauncher Suspension.
Hyouma and Benkei's new special attacks were
added to their profile.
Miscellaneous information: the two modes
Lightning L Drago's Clear Wheel has are: Upper Mode and Multi-Hit Mode. Once the
review for Lightning L Drago 100HF will be done, those will be explained more
thoroughly.
Moreover, here is a picture of the new BB-51
Extreme Beystadium:
BB-51 will therefore also include
a 'new' beyblade, called Rock Orso D125B, a black Right Launcher, as well as a
Tool, of course. This is the stadium that the WBBA has been using for the finals
of their big tournaments, like those at the World Hobby Fairs. As can be seen,
the gates will open upon impact, and the centre will probably rotate. It is
unknown to me whether it will serve this latter purpose, but there is a motor
somewhere in/for the stadium.
Screenshots of the latest episode
(16) have also been taken. The art quality was not too overwhelming, therefore
only 456 screenshots were uploaded:
Finally an update to the hobby section: a very
clear animation was added to the Launcher Grip page to show how it can be
manipulated, because a lot of people had been unable to decipher the instruction
sheet, somehow. Also, I rewrote some of Mad Cancer CH120FS's review, and I created
a page for Clay Aries ED145B.
Furthermore, Hyouma's page is done and contains
all the information that is known at the moment about him. I updated other pages
too, like Ryuuga's and Tetsuya's.
It is also time for a new Featured Video. Click
on the preview image on the right side of the navigation to watch it.
The eight beyblades you could get in the Random
Booster Vol. 3 Stardust Pegasis are: Flame Wolf H145S
Dark Sagittario WD145SD
Rock Bull WD145HF
Rock Wolf H145B
Storm Sagittario 145SD
Flame Bull 105WB

Introducing Beyblade Spirit's Jukebox!
It can be accessed/enjoyed by clicking on the link just to the right of this, in
the right navigation. I should be able to add some more songs soon. Also, as is
mentioned below the jukebox, you should really try to encourage the artists who
composed the songs you like in Beyblade (English or Japanese) by buying their
CDs. If you don't, who will?
There are screenshots for two episodes (13, 14)
in this update. As you can see, the screenshots of episode 13 are only 704x396
big, but, at least, there is no time, nor is there TV Tokyo's logo. If I have
time, I might take bigger screenshots of that episode and upload it separately,
as a Zip file.
I have also written the summary for the
fifteenth episode, The Mysterious Hyouma. The next episode will be called
"The Beautiful Aries". Moreover, a few profiles will be
updated/created accordingly quite soon.
Finally, the most recent scans are here thanks

Summary for episode 14, Memories of Ryuusei, is

slightly.
Other pages should be modified eventually too,

A quick update: Ryuuga's profile has been updated

UPDATE:
Episode 11 summary now available.
So there have been some technical issues
lately... I was not even able to put a temporary notification for you
visitors. We are finally back though. However, that means there are
some over-one-week-old news that could have been revealed earlier...
First of all, here is an official article
from Nelvana and Hasbro announcing that they will be distributing the new
series in fall of 2010. The new name will be BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion instead of
'Metal Fight Beyblade'.
6/2/2009
NELVANA ANNOUNCES THE RETURN OF BEYBLADE - THE SPINNING TOP TOY
PHENOMENON
BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion to Launch in North America Next Year
(LICENSING INTERNATIONAL EXPO – Las Vegas, Nevada) – Nelvana
Enterprises, together with d-rights
Inc., is thrilled to announce the return of the internationally
successful BEYBLADE toy and programming franchise, with the introduction
of 51 new episodes and a revamped toy line, both to be called BEYBLADE:
Metal Fusion.
The BEYBLADE series features characters competing for dominance with
their BEYBLADE tops, battling with an evil organization, Dark Nebula.
The original BEYBLADE toy line was a massive hit with boys, often
selling out in stores and attracting thousands of competitors to its
tournaments around the world. It was awarded Toy of the Year in 2002 and
2003.
BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion will feature 51 new episodes co-produced by
Nelvana and d-rights. Set to
launch in North America in Fall 2010, the new series features a
fresh cast of characters that take on the continued battle between good
and evil. The companion toy line is produced by Tomy
Company, Ltd. Hasbro, Inc. has been chosen as the master toy
licensee outside of Middle East and Asia. Hasbro brought the product
line successfully to market in the U.S. and other regions in 2002.
Nelvana Enterprises will represent d-rights in various countries,
distributing the TV series internationally, as well as for merchandising
rights and home video.
The new TV series and toy line have already launched in Japan to great
fanfare. The toys include all the customization features that kids love
while progressing to an all-metal gear system for even more exciting
battles. All-new tournaments for the BEYBLADE Battle Association are
planned for North America.
“Nelvana is excited to be part of the relaunch of this global toy
phenomenon and to work with our international partners to bring kids
this great updated toy line and new television episodes” said Mark
Northwood, Vice President, Worldwide Licensing, Nelvana Enterprises.
“We are thrilled to have been chosen for the relaunch of BEYBLADE,”
said Derryl DePriest, Hasbro’s Vice President of Marketing.
“Millions of kids around the world enjoyed our popular BEYBLADE
product line. The innovations that our designers plan to bring to
BEYBLADE tops will offer kids even more exciting and dynamic ways that
they can compete in BEYBLADE battles.”
Representatives from Nelvana Enterprises are at Licensing International
Expo this week in Las Vegas at Booth 2211.
Also, 676 screenshots of the ninth episode were
added to the Beyblade Spirit Gallery. From the last update too, there is now a
summary of that episode. Moreover, a summary of the tenth episode is also
available in the episode guide.
A 'picture' of Merci was inserted in its
profile, and some character pages were completed: Mariam, Yusuf and Kane
Yamashita. Most of the Metal Fight beyblade profiles are also all
up-to-date, especially Daidouji's.
Three wallpapers of Pisces,
Escolpio and L Drago have been added.
Next, the eleventh episode of Metal Fight
Beyblade is titled 'Pursue Wolf!'. It will air on June 14th 2009 in
Japan. The following episodes are:
12 - Infiltration! The Dark Nebula Castle (06/21/09)
13 - L Drago, Awakening (06/28/09)
15 - Memory of Ryuusei (07/05/09)
The ninth chapter, which is also the second
chapter of the Battle Bladers series, is now available, along with scans of
the hobby section of CoroCoro. Click on the picture below to access all the
scans:

574 screenshots of episode 6, Aquario's Challenge,

Also, the following pictures illustrate the new

Wind Aquario 100HF/S, BB-38 Beylauncher Iron Grey and BB-39 Carabiner
Grip.
Moreover,
Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution is not canceled anymore! For more information on
the event, check this
thread. If you live in British Columbia/Vancouver, there is also an event
being held there on June 13th 2009, at Anime Evolution. If you are interested in
attending this event, look here.
Finally, the first Metal Fight
Beyblade DVD will be released on 07/15/2009. It will probably contain three
episodes, four at most. It will be region 2. Metal Fight Beyblade Vol. 1 will
cost approximately 3990 yen.

5 and 6 Additions + Hikaru
DATE:
05/10/09
The summary of episode 6 was added, as well as a
page for Hikaru Hazama, the girl who was introduced in this new episode. Images
were inserted in Tetsuya, Taraba and Ichizen's profiles.
Furthermore, 636 high quality screenshots of
the fifth episode were just uploaded to the Beyblade
Spirit Gallery. The next ones, from the sixth episode, should follow within
the week.
Finally, BB-48 Flame Libra T145ES's Bottom
stands for Eternal Sharp. Its Track should have some down-force, but
mostly centrifugal force. Wind Aquario's Bottom is probably Change Bottom
instead of HF/S too. It basically works the same way though. Hikaru has a
Carabiner Grip in the sixth episode, also. In other news, the Quetzalcoatl 90WF
in every Bey Ta 1 machine was replaced by a Rock Leone 145WB, probably to
coincide with the new system and the anime.

Summary
of episode 5, New MFB Characters, WBO's BeyDay!
Three new profiles have been created: Tetsuya,
Taraba and Ichizen,
all from episode 5.
Pictures of them will be added as soon as I have taken the corresponding
screenshots. Also, the name for the Wind Aquario owner is Hikaru. Kenta
will be fighting against her in the next episode because Ginga will catch a
cold. Furthermore, Ginga's profile has been updated with two of his special
attacks.
The World Beyblade
Organization has officially declared that May 23 was BeyDay! As was already
mentioned, on that date, the BEYBLADE WAR ROOM Toronto tournament will take
place at Anime North. Beyblade Spinoff was also supposed to happen then at the
MCM Expo, in London, however, there were some complications and the UK
beybladers are trying to get the tournament/meet-up to happen at another time.
Visit this topic if
you are interested in participating to the event.
Otherwise, two other things have been organised for BeyDay. If you sign up to worldbeyblade.org,
you can either enter the long-term contest where you only have to upload a
specific video on YouTube following certain instructions, or you can submit an
entry to one of the contests that will be held up to May 23rd. For more
information, check this page: http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-MAY-23-IS-BEYDAY
597 high quality screenshots of episode 4 (Rush!

Chapter 8 of the Metal Fight Beyblade manga is
now available thanks to Miingno. Scans of the hobby section were also uploaded
(Flame Sagittario C145S, Metal Face, etc.). The new character, Phoenix, now has
his own profile. Furthermore, the pages for almost all the Metal Fight Beyblade
characters were updated in some ways.
Here are also official pictures of Flame

The sixth episode of Metal Fight Beyblade is

like it will include both a Balance and a Stamina Stadium, as well as three
fences. Earth Aquila will come with a Right launcher. The Angle Compass is an
add-on for the Launcher Grip.
According to Play-Asia, the first Metal

SCREENSHOTS of Metal Fight Beyblade & Flame Sagittario and Metal Face!
DATE:
04/10/09
First of all, screenshots of the first opening,
first ending and first episode of Metal Fight Beyblade are now all
available on the Beyblade
Spirit Gallery. They are the most high quality and the biggest
screenshots (933x525 pixels) on the web at the moment, and there are more
than 700 images of the new series there! More screenshots will be taken
as episodes are broadcast in Japan (every Sunday at 8:30 AM, Japanese
time).
Also, here are pictures of the two new releases
of April, BB-35 Flame Sagittario C145S and BB-36 Metal Face:
It seems BB-36 will include one Tool with two
Metal Faces.
As a last note, I would like to remind visitors
that all the written content (and most of the images too) on Beyblade Spirit is
copyrighted, which means it cannot be copied to be used on another website. This
needs to be said because there has recently been an issue with a manga-sharing
site where a user had stolen the short paragraph I had just written for the
Metal Fight Beyblade story. I do not want to see another instance where this
happens.

sent me the seventh chapter of the Metal Fight Beyblade manga. As usual,
it can be accessed through the CoroCoro Scans page on the left, or you can

In addition to that chapter, there is a
weird booklet for the DS game; it is basically a short manga featuring
Blader DJ and a nameless beyblader...
It is also with a lot of excitement that
I present to you Beyblade
Spirit's Gallery! Right now, there are only screenshots of the opening
for Metal Fight Beyblade, but I will probably transfer all the G
Revolution screenshots there. Images of the first episode and of the first
ending will be added soon as well. Here is a small sample of what you

FIGHT BEYBLADE ANIME, EPISODE TITLE, HYBRID WHEEL SYSTEM
DATE:

UPDATE:
A new picture of Ginga was added to his
profile, and here are two screenshots from the show:
The actual trailer for the new Metal
Fight Beyblade anime was uploaded by DranzerX13:
Moreover, the ending song will be
performed by MASH and is called "Boys ~ hikari kagayaku ashita
he", which approximately translates to "Boys ~ to the radiant
tomorrow". The title for the first episode is also, roughly
translated, "The Descent of Pegasis!".
Here are also the new packages for the
Hybrid Wheel System releases:
According to hind,
Clear Wheels weigh 4 grams, Metal Wheels, 31-32 grams and Light Wheels,
5-6 grams.
The eight beyblades you might get in the
Random Booster Light Vol. 1 are:
Mad Cancer CH120FS
Heat Wolf WD145SF
Wind Pegasis DF145FS
Clay Leone DF145WB
Heat Pegasis 100WB
Wind Leone D125HF
Mad Leone 145B
Clay Wolf 145FS
The following pictures are also
screenshots taken by a Japanese user named Toshiaki on a bulletin
board : Ginga / Ginga
2 / Kyouya
/ Ginga 3 Note that these pictures cannot be used or reproduced since they are
the property of Toshiaki.
Firstly, a new Random Clip has been uploaded : it
is an excerpt from Takao's battle against Kai. (Random Clips can be viewed
on the right side or in the Videos page.)
Secondly, the profile pages for Gaou and Kiki
have been added. Also, new Wallpapers featuring the Storm Pegasis, Dark
Wolf, Rock Leone and Mad Cancer Faces can now be used:
Finally, there are big news concerning the
World Beyblade Organization. To celebrate the 1000 members mark, the site has a
refreshing new layout. Then, the World Battle System has been renamed to
BeyPoints, and a picture of you showing your username is now required before you
can start recording your battle points because people had been abusing the
system in the past. The WBO Rule
Book has also been modified to include more precisions on certain
regulations.
Many WBO tournaments
will take place in the upcoming months, so check out the green box above to see
if there is one you could go to! Remember that you could get more BeyPoints and
perhaps even a Face!

TAKARA-TOMY updated the official
Metal Fight Beyblade website again. Many new pictures were added to the
different pages, but most are just very redundant when compared to the images that
were posted in the update below. Therefore, here are only the really useful
pictures:
CH120 Track
Rubber Flat Bottom
LIGHT WHEELS (Wheels which, like the Metal Wheels, will go under the Clear Wheel. However, they are made of plastic instead of metal, and it looks like they only come in the Random Booster Light Volumes.)
Hit
Wind (as in Wind Aquario)
Mad (as in Mad Cancer)
Clay
To make it clear, the new system is composed,
from top to bottom, of: a Face, a Clear Wheel, a Metal Wheel/Light Wheel, a
Track and a Bottom. Metal and Light Wheels are interchangeable, and any Clear
Wheel can go on all Metal or Light Wheels.
BB-31 Random Booster Right/Light Vol.1
Mad Cancer CH120FS
BB-32 Hybrid Wheel Match Set
BB-33 Beystadium Wide Square Type
BB-34 Right Launcher Orange
Also, the official names for the two
layers of the new Hybrid Wheels is Clear Wheel and Metal
Wheel.
Moreover, you should head
over to the World Beyblade
Organization to check if a tournament is being organised in your
region, or if you were planning on hosting one yourself, even if you think
you live in an isolated place! The WBO is now closely working with the
Turkish Beyblade community, and we know that it is not impossible for you
to get to a tournament. Not to mention that you can now win Faces
that will be added to your profile. For example, you can get one for being
a good member, for attending one of the tournaments (def.: a tournament
must gather at least 9 players), for winning first, second or third place
in one of those, etc. You can even get one if you win one of the contests
regularly held: right now, there is a Metal
Fight Beyblade Design Contest that is very simple; all you have to do
is draw another blade that you think could be part of the new series; make
sure that you take your time in designing it, because you can only enter
once, and the entries that have already been submitted can be hard to
beat!

DATE:

Chapter 6 is here thanks to Miingno:
Furthermore,
other scans reveal the new Hybrid Wheel System, specifically Storm Pegasis
105RF. They say that the upper layer of the new Hybrid Wheels is made of Clear
PolyCarbonate (CPC), which, it seems, is more resistant to breaks and will
create bigger shocks when it hits another object (?). On the scan on the
left, you can also see the new Rubber Flat Bottom.
Finally, there are scans showing
Capricorne 100HF and Escolpio WD145B, the new Nintendo DS game, as well as an
interesting page about the anime. Some screenshots are shown, and we learn that
the beyblade battles will be computer animated. If you have not already, check

Very Official Metal Fight Beyblade Anime Image + Characters

Here is the first picture we
have from TV Tokyo:
From left to right, top to
bottom is: Kyouya Tategami, Benkei, Kenta
Yumiya, a new girl called Madoka Amano,
and Ginga Hagane. Considering the girl's importance in the picture, she
will most probably be a secondary character, like Hiromi was in Beyblade
2002 and G Revolution.
The story right now seems to be highly inspired by the manga: Ginga is
a determined beyblader; he will fight 100 beys from the Face Hunters and
meet Kyouya.
The beyblade illustrated is indeed Storm Pegasis 105RF. As you can see,
the upper layer of the Wheel will not really be hit during battles, unless
both beyblades' height vary a lot.
The cast is as follows:
DIRECTOR - Sugishima Kunihisa (previous work: Yu-Gi-Oh!
Duel Monsters)
SCRIPT - Hasegawa Katsumi (previous work: Bakuten Shoot Beyblade G

CHARACTER DESIGN - Nagamori Yoshiro (p.w.: Bakuten Shoot Beyblade G

Fanfic & New Hybrid Wheel System
DATE:
02/15/09
Velox submitted one of her quite comical fanfics
called "It's a Miserable Life". You can go read it here.
Also, big news about Metal Fight Beyblade:
A new Hybrid Wheel System will appear with the new releases in March. It
seems to consist of 5 layers now: the Face, a first Wheel layer, a
second one, the Track and the Bottom. That second Wheel layer appears to be the only part made of metal; the others
are made of plastic. All of these parts can be modified amongst the new
releases (Dark Wolf DF145FS, Rock Leone 145WideBall, etc.). The Beylauncher might
still be used for this new system and it is unknown right now whether blades
will be able to spin in both right and left spin.
Moreover, the content of the new Hybrid Wheel
Match Set is as follows:
- Storm Pegasis 105RF
- Dark Wolf DF145FS
- Beylauncher x2 (green, red)
- Beystadium
Finally, there is a possibility that the Random
Booster Right Volumes only contain four of those five layers (it would not
include the metal part). This would explain its lower price compared to the
previous Random Boosters.
A coloured picture of Busujima and another
image of Ginga have been added to their profile.

TAKARA-TOMY, is going to be producing these Capsule Beyblades.
Of course, they are very simplistic representations of the actual Wheels,
but they still give a general idea of the way they will look. The
beyblades shown are Storm Pegasis (blue), Dark Wolf (purple), Mad Cancer
(orange), Rock Leone (green) and Flame Sagittario (yellow). The small
Beypointers seem useless...
The Metal Fight Beyblade anime will start
being broadcast on TV Tokyo on April 5th 2009 at 8:30
AM.
A very small picture of Rock Leone and of
other anime screenshots was posted by http://tsuru.pekori.to/item/6905
(That picture cannot be used or reproduced.)
Also, a better coloured picture of Ryuuga
now replaces the old one.

Miingno
gave us the latest CoroCoro scans, including Chapter 5 of the manga as
well as the pages concerning the hobby. There are surprising turns of
events in this new chapter; this update's title is a hint ~
Accordingly, a profile page
was created for the GOD OF BEY and
Ryuuga's special attack was added too.
A clear version of the Storm Pegasis
Wheel was published in CoroCoro:

Quetzalcoatl
Wallpaper #2 & CAPSULE BEYBLADES
DATE:
02/06/09
The
wallpaper featuring the second Quetzalcoatl's Face (the one that will be
included in the Metal Fight Beyblade DS package) has been added to the
appropriate page:
(A 1280x800 version is also available on the Wallpapers page.)
Moreover, Amazon and a branch of the
Rakuten website both report that there will be a set of CAPSULE BEYBLADES
(figures or beyblades small enough to fit in capsules?) coming out on May
25th 2009. However, Amazon writes it will consist of 50 capsules and that
it will cost 10,500 yen. Meanwhile, Toy's M.F1rst says the set will
include five of the new beyblades (Storm Pegasis, Dark Wolf, Flame
Sagittario, Rock Leone and Mad Cancer), that its cost will be of 1,089 yen
and that it will come with a book which is not really necessarily a manga.
It also mentions figures. There is no clear release date on that second
website though. Needless to say, I think we can expect capsules.

with is a gold Quetzalcoatl with a different Face! So information,
descriptions and screenshots were added to the Metal Fight Beyblade DS page
based on what appears on Hudson Soft's official website: http://www.hudson.co.jp/beyblade_ds/
Finally, Gemios' page was created and here are
some pictures of it:
I
have finally written some pages for the hobby section. Descriptions of the
Right Launcher, the Beylauncher,
the Launcher L, the Launcher
Grip as well as the Beypointer can
be accessed by clicking on the "Launchers" link on the left
side, under 'hobby'. My goal is to write some more articles for the
new beyblades soon.

Fight Beyblade Chapter 4 Scans & Characters
DATE:
01/07/09
EDIT:
The page that contains the scans now lists the pages from CoroCoro about
the hobby, like a huge Lineup Poster featuring the 44 versions of
the 11 released beyblades, but also the page that shows the anime
designs. The latter will soon be added to their respective character
profiles.
The fourth chapter is now available :
Consequently, all the new Metal Fight
Beyblade Character Profiles have been updated except Kenta's and
Busujima's. Some descriptions now include the events from chapter 4 of the
manga, and most pages now display the coloured version of the characters.
The anime designs might be coming soon too!
Also, BB-26 Gemios DF145FS's release date
might have been postponed to February, like Escorpio WD145B. TAKARA-TOMY
are not listing this Beyblade item in their January releases. If you are
not satisfied with this proof, further confirmation should be discovered
soon.

New Wallpapers, Clear Designs and Site Rearrangements
DATE:

I
have added three wallpapers based on the multiple Face designs we
currently have. Compared to the first five wallpapers I had made before,
the actual design part is smaller; if possible, I will try to make them
bigger, sometime in the future. So, here are Libra's second Face design,
Wolf's and Aries':
A link to clearer pictures of the new
anime designs has been posted on Beyblade Spirit Forums. Since it is a
Japanese blog, I do not want to post the direct URL on the site. New
Ginga Hagane & Kyouya Tategami
Moreover, Beyblade Spirit is now
available in two versions: this colourful one that has been used ever
since the layout has changed, as well as a more red, uniform interface.
You can choose to navigate on one of them on the splash page. However, the
red layout will not be associated with all the pages: whenever you click
on a link on the left side, it will have the red version if you chose it
previously; if you visit a page through a hypertext link in the central
white section of the site though, it will lead you to the normal layout.
Also, all the previous updates can be
seen on the archive, which can be accessed at the end of this page.
The third chapter of the new manga is now
up thanks to Miingno! You can see Ryuuga, Hokuto,
Busujima, L
Drago 105F and Escorpio WD145B! Here is a preview; just
click on the picture to go to the actual page with all the scans:

WHF 09 Winter Edition
Metal Fight Beyblade will be featured in the World Hobby Fair 2009 Winter
Edition. Details (in Japanese) can be seen here.
Many interesting things will be done at
this Japanese event:
1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive either a Pegasis Gold Version,
a Pegasis Silver Version or a Bronze Pegasis as well as a fitting Launcher
Grip.
Moreover, an L Drago Gold Version will be
sold for 1400 yen only at those venues in Japan. Also, the WHF will hold
the Beybattle Tournament 2009.
Other beyblades will also be sold and
(new?) merchandise should be exhibited. All of this will take place in
January, so keep visiting Beyblade Spirit for fresh news!
